  • There's nothing you need to prepare! Come as you are, with whatever is on your mind about your work life. The assessment is designed to uncover insights through our conversation, not through homework.

    That said, it helps to be somewhere you can speak freely and have about 50 minutes without interruptions.

    At the heart of our conversation will be two questions:

    1. How sure are you of your career direction?

    2. How much is your work impacting on your day-to-day life?

    If you can talk to me about those two elements, you’re ready for a check-up.

  • If burnout has even crossed your mind, it's worth doing the check-in. The Work Life Health Check objectively shows where you sit on the grid and, more importantly, your trajectory.

    The conversation is entirely non-judgemental. I’m familiar with burnout and burnout recovery, which is why I’m passionate about early intervention and supporting undersupported professionals.

    My goal is to give you clarity and agency. Once we know where you are, we can identify the actions you can take, and what you need to do first.

    If you feel like you need immediate assistance, Beyond Blue has helpful resources. They even offer an online tool if you’re not ready to talk to someone face-to-face.

    Remember, burnout is never the fault of the individual, and help is available.

  • I believe that everyone should be able to benefit from clarity about where their Work Life Health sits, and what the risks are of staying in a Zone for too long.

    Work Life Health Checks are complimentary, and you’ll leave with insights and suggested actions.

    For those who are able to go deeper, I offer a follow up paid Workshop where we build on the findings of your Check-up and work through personalised exercises based on your situation. You’ll leave with specific actions and tasks to work through in your own time.

    Book the Workshop at the same time as your Check-up to save $25 off the Workshop fee and build greater momentum sooner.

  • After your Work Life Health Check, you'll have:

    • Clear understanding of your current zone (from Drift to Crash), and the risks of staying there too long without action

    • Insight into what your trajectory might look like without intervention

    • Initial strategies appropriate for your zone placement

    • The option to continue with deeper work if desired

    • A written summary of our conversation, sent within 24 hours

    You then have the option of a follow up paid workshop, which guides you through personalised solutions for your specific circumstances.

    You can book the check-up and workshop at the same time or break it up into two sessions. It’s up to you.

    Many clients choose to book the workshop immediately after their check-up while insights are fresh. Others prefer to process the information first. There's no pressure - the check-up is valuable by itself, even without a workshop.

  • Work Life Health Check (45 minutes - FREE) This is your diagnostic session where we:

    • Explore the factors influencing your career certainty and the impact of your work demands

    • Identify your current Work Life Zone, and what the risks and opportunities are when living in that zone

    • Map your past Work Life zones, and understand your trajectory if no action is taken

    • Discuss initial insights and possible pathways forward

    • Identify immediate steps you can take to move you closer to thriving

    Work Life Health Check + Workshop (90 minutes total - $225) This includes everything in the free assessment PLUS a personalised 45-minute workshop where:

    • We’ll deep dive into exercises specifically designed for your zone, and your place within it

    • I’ll guide you through one of my proprietary frameworks, like The Cauldron (for Zone 1), or The Impossible Triangle (for Zone 3)

    • We’ll agree actionable next steps based on your specific situation

    • You’ll leave with concrete tools and exercises to continue your progress in your own time

  • Yes! If you've already completed the free Work Life Health Check, you can book the paid workshop separately. However, booking them together as back-to-back sessions creates better momentum and will allow us to go deeper into your personalised solutions.

    Standalone workshop is $250, or save $25 when you book your workshop ($225) at the same time as your free Work Life Health Check.

  • Absolutely. My approach is neurodivergent-friendly and recognises that traditional productivity advice doesn't work for everyone. We'll explore strategies that recognise and work with your preferred ways of working, not against them. The visual mapping of the zones and the creative visual frameworks that I’ve created for each zone offers new ways of thinking about your situation and possible paths forward.

  • This is a strategic assessment of your work life performance, and the workshop particularly qualifies as personalised professional development. I can provide an invoice with appropriate categorisation for expense claims, for professional development budgets, wellness allowances, or coaching allocations.

  • Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom/Google Meet). You just need a stable internet connection and a device with camera and microphone. If we're doing the workshop portion, having paper and pen handy is helpful for exercises.
